2Account Registration & Eligibility

2.2 Accuracy of Account Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be completely accurate, truthful, and up to date. Providing incorrect or false information may result in the account being suspended or terminated, and 7ezd reserves the right to forfeit any deposited funds.

2.3 One Account Rule

Each member may create one account only. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts will be closed and any associated bonuses will be cancelled.

3Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

7ezd supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other scheduled banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. Identity verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.

3.3 Use of Deposited Funds

Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes. Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity is strictly prohibited. If such suspicious activity is detected, the account will be suspended immediately and the relevant authorities will be notified.

4Bonus & Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.

• Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus — total balance ৳2,200.
• Example 2: Deposit ৳14,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳8,000 bonus — total balance ৳22,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw a bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times. Wagering is calculated on the bonus only, not on the original deposit.

4.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• The bonus must be used within the time period set by 7ezd.
• It may not be possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time.
• After receiving a bonus, wagering on specific games may be required.
• If a withdrawal is made before wagering is complete, the bonus and all winnings earned from it will be forfeited.
• 7ezd reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus at any time.

5VIP Program & Cashback

7ezd's VIP program has three tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.

Members have the opportunity to advance to a higher tier based on their gaming activity. VIP benefits are provided subject to specific terms, and the details of these benefits may be updated by 7ezd.

6Gaming Conduct & Prohibited Activities

6.1 Fair Play Policy

7ezd is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. All games are powered by certified Random Number Generators (RNG), which ensure the impartiality of results.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination:

• Playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Abusing the bonus system or engaging in strategic bonus hunting.
• Attempting to hack or intrude into the platform's systems or software.
• Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other members.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.

6.3 Chargeback Policy

9Account Suspension & Closure Policy

• Temporary service interruptions caused by unexpected technical issues.
